CSS is a style sheet called style sheet technology. And it is always known as Cascading Style Sheet. It is a kind of languages to change the fonts , color , backgrounds for HTML. Normally we can change these items in HTML, but if we need to change the color of the font size frequently, the final code of HTML will be too long to check. And if we create a big professional webpage ,it is really hard to recognize the point we need to change. The CSS system can make it much more easier to change some items frequently. For example, if we want to change the color of every webpages, we just need to add a CSS in then, every page will be changed. In my webpages, my original color of background is red(#ff0000). When I finished my page and I found that color is too heavy to show my topic, I add a CSS in ,which is 000000 instead of #0000. This change make my webpage more “user friendly.”

This is my first time to create a website by HTML, and I just used some pictures and texts from the Internet to complete it. I also found many problems during making the webpage. For example , I can not edit the texts to keep the same distance with the pictures. If my technological ability were limitless, I would like to add some magic to my website such as flash, music even some advertisements. I would also add some links or area of talking to connect with my visitors and make people communicate with each other easier. Then I wound add a search engine in my webpage to keep touch to the world. I believe that if my technological ability were limitless, my pages will be the second home of my visitor and they will enjoy it very much.

Personally, the best and useful website which I admire is http://learn.mq.edu.au. The reason why I like that one is this web site is powerful that I can almost do every thing by that. The content of the web is colourful . I can read the news about university and know some activities. And it also has the online student system in it that I can check the information of my classes and do practises on it. When I need to charge the fees or choose my classes, I can use the e-student system. Even I can keep in touch with the teachers all the time. I like this website because it can help us to communicate with each other and make my study more efficiency.
